Alesmith Brewing Announces Appointment of 2 New Directors

SAN DIEGO — AleSmith Brewing Co. today announces the appointment of Susan Geyer as Director of Human Resources and Pardip Johal as the company’s new Director of Supply Chain and Logistics.

Susan Geyer

Geyer brings to the company more than thirty years of professional experience in human resources in sectors of higher education, banking, manufacturing and distribution.

Prior to accepting her current position with AleSmith Brewing Co., Geyer served as the Director of Human Resources at Grossmont Cuyamaca Community College District. Other roles include Human Resources Manager at CO-OP Financial Services, Assistant Director Human Resources at Claremont Graduate University, and Human Resources Manager at Spectrol Electronics.

She is a native of San Diego and holds Bachelor of Arts and Master’s degrees in Organizational Management.

Pardip Johal

Johal brings to the company more than thirty years of professional experience working in procurement, warehousing, supply chain, and logistics.

Prior to accepting his current position with AleSmith Brewing Co., Johal served as Global Associate Director of Strategic Sourcing and Contracting for Sabra. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Materials for Gate Gourmet, Senior Sourcing Manager at California Creative Foods and Materials Manager at Sky Chefs. He also ran food manufacturing plants in California and New York for Sabra Dipping Co, a joint venture between Pepsico-Frito-Lay & Strauss.

A native of Fiji Islands, Johal relocated to Canada in 1980 where he earned post-graduate certifications in procurement and supply chain management. He has resided in California since 2000.
