Alamo Drafthouse Littleton Set to Open, Offer Colorado Brews

AUSTIN, Texas — Alamo Drafthouse Littleton is pleased to announce its grand opening is set for Monday, March 25, 2013. Tickets for grand opening screenings and events will be available beginning March 8, 2013 on http://drafthouse.com/denver/littleton.

Located in the Aspen Grove Shopping Center in Littleton, Colorado, the first Alamo Drafthouse in the Colorado market is a from-the-ground-up, seven-screen theater with combined seating for over 900 moviegoers. Each of the auditoriums is equipped with state-of-the-art digital projection and sound, as well as excellent screen-to-room size ratio.

Additionally, each auditorium accommodates full bar and restaurant service with seats featuring attached tables and large aisles that allow for service before and during the film without disturbing the movie viewing experience. Providing a unique combination of theater and restaurant, Alamo Drafthouse Littleton will show first-run and independent films, along with specialty repertory film programming and events. The theater will serve an extensive menu featuring many items made-from-scratch.

All seating is assigned and can be reserved at the time of ticket purchase online or in-person at the box office. Customers are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy Alamo’s pre-show entertainment of rare clips, videos, and shorts that are custom-curated to complement each feature film or event. Additionally, Alamo Drafthouse protects the sanctity of the movie watching experience with a zero tolerance policy towards disruptive behavior such as talking or texting during the film.

With the Alamo Drafthouse Littleton, we will also be opening Glass Half Full, a full service bar focused on craft beer and quality original and classic cocktails. Draft offerings at the Littleton Glass Half Full will draw heavily from local and regional Colorado breweries, with an emphasis on the world-class beer produced in and around Denver and a wide ranging selection of bottled beer. In addition to local beer, we will proudly pour locally distilled spirits from companies like Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey and Leopold Bros, as well as a seasonal cocktail menu curated by award-winning Alamo Drafthouse Beverage Director Bill Norristhat will draw inspiration from the beer focus of Glass Half Full.

Alamo Drafthouse is also pleased to introduce the new team at Alamo Drafthouse Littleton: General Manager Tim Casey and Chef Seth Rexroad. Both are excited to introduce the Alamo Drafthouse experience to Colorado moviegoers.
