4NB Holdings Acquires Fellow-Colorado Brewery Odd13 Brewing

Broomfield, Colorado-based 4NB Holdings — the parent company of 4 Noses Brewing and Wild Provisions Beer Project — has acquired Odd13 Brewing in Lafayette, Colorado, the company announced Tuesday via its social media profiles.

Through the transaction, 4NB has acquired Odd13’s intellectual property, as well as its Lafayette taproom, which the company plans to continue operating under the Odd13 brand name, Westword reported.

“Today marks an era of new beginnings for the Odd13 family,” Odd13 wrote in a Facebook post Wednesday. “This new arrangement will provide us the resources to continue to produce and distribute our favorite beers, while always looking to grow and innovate. We’re excited to continue to serve the Lafayette community in our taproom for many more years, with the same staff you know and love.”

Along with maintaining the taproom, 4NB will continue to produce and distribute Odd13’s established beer brands, including Codename: Super Fan IPA and n00b pale ale.

“We have been admirers of Odd13 Brewing and its accomplishments over the last several years and 4NB holdings cannot wait to continue its exceptional and innovative brand,” 4 Noses said in a Facebook post Tuesday. “Our parent company is thrilled to produce many of Odd13’s most popular beers as well as bring back some old favorites.”

Founded in 2013, Odd13 has steadily increased its production each year. In 2020, it produced 10,000 barrels of beer, a 5% increase from 2019, according to data shared by the Brewers Association (BA) in the New Brewer magazine. Similarly, 4 Noses produced a reported 10,228 barrels in 2020, a 4% increase from the previous year, according to the BA.
