BREWERY CELLAR OPERATOR
Monday - Thursday 9pm - 7am
We have a rare opening for a Cellar Operator. This person is responsible for performing cellar tasks that contribute to the quality of our beer and efficiency of the cellar. Duties include tank cleaning, yeast management, dry hopping and cask cleaning.
The ideal candidate is interested in all facets of beer production and have either brewing specific education (Siebel, UC Davis, …) or professional brewing experience.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to work hard, take on new responsibilities and an eagerness to learn and continue learning.
