2 Towns Ciderhouse Releases Cot in the Act Seasonal

Corvallis, Ore. — Cot in the Act, a favorite seasonal from 2 Towns cider hits shelves this week and is now available for the first time incans. Cot in the Act tempts cider lovers by bringing together fresh-pressed Northwest apples and ripe, juicy Washington Rival apricots. The history of apricots is a long one, and while the fruit’s origin is often debated, it is indisputable that its delicate, velvet-smooth flavor pairs best with Northwest apples, flip flops and a hot sun filtered through cool shade. There’s a hammock calling your name–kick back, crack open a can and get Cot in the Act.

“Cot in the Act in cans just make sense. It’s a summer favorite for outdoor lovers, and cans give it that portability that folks are after,” said Dave Takush, head cider maker at 2 Towns Ciderhouse. “With two pounds of apricots per gallon, Cot in the Act is like a shot of liquid sunshine. It’s guaranteed to make a good day even better.”

Cot in the Act will be available through July, August and September. Distributors will offer it in 500 ml bottles and 12-ounce cans, as well as 1/6 bbl and 1/2 bbl kegs. They can order Cot in the Act in Oregon, Washington, California, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, and the Chicago and Minneapolis areas.
