Stony Creek is a small, experienced team with big ambitions for Connecticut craft beer. That’s why we’re investing in the future of our craft, right here at home. We’re making progressive craft beers that are both familiar and surprising — high quality, experimental, and exceeding expectations. We’ve built a modern brewery that’s entrepreneurial in spirit, and designed for growth. We created a stunning taproom so our customers can get closer to the action and share in our passion and sense of community.
From the product we put onto shelves, to the experience we offer at our brewery and in our taproom, we believe Connecticut beer will be exceptional beer. And we’re going to do our part.
Our Brewmaster has spent the last two decades cultivating his own distinct style of beer, resulting in the fusion of clean, bold and aggressive West Coast flavors and East Coast balance and drinkability. At Stony Creek Brewery we call it ………...Aggressively Laid Back Beer.
