Saint Archer Brewing Company: Coffee Brown Ale
Our Coffee Brown gets its back bone from using Maris Otter as the base then a triad of chocolate and crystal malts which impart smooth and rich malt character. We choose to collaborate with a local award winning roaster-Bird Rock Coffee Roasters and we infuse a special Kenyan Makwa Coffee using a cold extraction method. The coffee imparts dark fruit, chocolate, plum, and blackberry jam characteristics. We enjoy working with Bird Rock Coffee Roasters for their amazing coffees and their sustainable sourcing of their coffees through direct trade with the farmers.
