Rompo is a twist on an Irish Red, using classic earthy UK hops and caramel malts. We gave it our own Tennessee take by adding flaked rye to the mash. Rompo is a very smooth drinking brew with notes of dried fruit and caramel, while the rye contributes a spicy and clean finish.
