This Farmhouse Ale is fermented with Saison yeast creating a citrusy, spicy and bubbly mouth experience. What you think is cloves, coriander or lemon peels is actually yeast. Farmlandia is made with pilsner malt which carries a larger malt and sweet flavor than basic brewers malt. Recommended pairings include flannel pajamas and vintage Hootie and the Blowfish records.
