Bavarian Hefeweisse · Seasonal · 4.7% ABV · 15 IBU
Traditional Bavarian Hefe. Gentle banana, clove, apricot. High carbonation.
This Hefeweizen pays homage to the traditional Bavarian style. Nice fruit expression while maintaining a dry crispness. High carbonation leads to a nice frothy white head. Amazingly refreshing and very drinkable.
