Great Central Brewing Company is a collaborative brewery that was founded to support a growing community of craft brewers and small businesses with big ideas. We brew, package and ship beverages of the highest quality for clients based in the US and abroad. At the core of Great Central are our values of Community, Integrity and Levity. Great Central operates as a true extension of its client’s facilities. We do this collaboratively by engaging in detailed due diligence of client goals, practices, and vision for their products. FACILITY:
- Centrally located 36,000 square foot built-to-suit manufacturing facility located steps from vibrant Chicago’s West Loop (built in 2015)
- Fully automated 50 barrel (bbl) German Brewhouse with current fermentation capacity of 45,000 barrels and future capacity of >100,000 barrels
- Cutting edge and flexible filtration capabilities serving craft beer, coffee, seltzers, sake and non-alcoholic products
- Specifics: GEA Centrifuge, KHS Combikeg - Keg Filler, CFT Can Line (up to 230 cans per minute)
Laboratory program with full spectrum micro analysis capabilities
