Denver Beer Co. was born in our garages with a few batches of homebrew and a love for the craft of brewing. Serving only premium artisan ales and lagers, we utilize fresh ingredients and embrace both innovative and old world styles of beer. Similar to a farmer’s table, our beer selections change with the seasons. By brewing in small batches, we can ensure that a few old favorites are always on tap, but new goodies greet visitors each month.
Our brewery is founded on passion for high quality, flavorfully crafted beer and the belief that the best pints are those shared with good company. Last Call: Odell Names New Illinois Distributors; Landlord of Tampa Brewery Looks to Redevelop Site
Three months after Breakthru Beverage Group agreed to sell its beer and cider portfolio in Illinois, Odell Brewing Company announced new distribution partners in the state. The building that houses 81Bay Brewing in Tampa, Florida, may have a date with a wrecking ball, as a developer has filed plans with the city to redevelop the property, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Denver Beer Co. Participates in State Sponsored Pilot Program
The State of Colorado, Earthly Labs, Denver Beer Co., and The Clinic announced a new pilot program to establish the first commercial exchange of recovered carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas. The pilot program captures and stores excess carbon dioxide produced during the beer fermentation process for later reuse by cannabis cultivators that require carbon dioxide to stimulate plant growth during cultivation.
Denver Beer Co. Purchases Building for Third Taproom Location
Denver Beer Co. has announced the purchase of a building located at 2425 South Downing Street in Denver where it plans to open a third brewery and taproom room.
Denver Beer Co. Launches O&A Colorado Craft Hard Seltzer
Denver Beer Co. has announced the coming release of O&A Colorado Craft Hard Seltzer in early June, 2019. O&A, short for Out & About, joins the new segment of craft hard seltzer and is a new beverage category offering for the brewery.
Denver Beer Co. Hires New Director of Sales
Brian Weslar joined the Denver Beer Co. team in February as Director of Sales. In this new position, Weslar will lead the Denver Beer Co. sales team, manage Denver Beer Co.’s relationship with Breakthru Beverage, and create a strategic plan for Denver Beer Co.’s growth statewide.
Denver Beer Hires New Head Brewer
Denver Beer Co. welcomed Jason Buehler earlier this month as Head Brewer at the Platte Street Taproom. Buehler joins Denver Beer Co. from Oskar Blues Brewery where he held the position of Head Brewer at the Lyons brewery since 2012. Buehler will replace Austin Wiley who left Denver Beer Co. to open his own brewery, Spangalang, which opened in Denver this spring.
