Two Roads introduces their Tanker Truck Sour Series, a new series of kettle-soured beers that takes a different route in more ways than one. Kettle-soured beers incorporate bacteria in the brewing process and add sourness to the beer.

Guinness & Co., based in Norwalk CT, and Two Roads Brewing Company, based in Stratford CT, today announce two small batch beers brewed in collaboration and to be released in May of 2017.

Two Roads is proud to announce the release of their newest seasonal, Zero 2 Sixty Tart IPA. After much consumer acclaim for the pilot batch versions, this final variant of Zero 2 Sixty is an American style India Pale Ale brewed with comet, chinook and other hop varietals. It is then carefully kettle soured to achieve the desired tart finish.

Two Roads is proud to announce their product lineup for 2017. The first addition is the new spring seasonal, Zero 2 Sixty; a tart IPA with a pleasant balance of tartness plus juicy hops. Zero 2 Sixty has the backbone of a classic IPA generously hopped with Chinook, Comet and other hop varieties but is kettle-soured for a distinct and pleasant tart kick. Look for this beer in six pack bottles, cans, and draft.

Two Roads Brewing Company today said it would spend $12 million to expand its operations with the addition of a new 25,000 sq. ft. brewery and barrel-aging facility adjacent to its existing location in Stratford, Connecticut. Situated on 2.5 acres, the new facility — which the company said would be dedicated to the production of sour and barrel-aged beers — will feature a 50-barrel brewhouse, foeders, a coolship and space for 2,000 wooden barrels.
