A tribute to the sometimes tart but always effervescent Tami Plourde, Director of Marketing and Sales for Pearl Street Brewery, this tart and effervescent Belgian-style Framboise is brewed with yeast and bacteria cultures just like the spontaneously fermented beers of the Lambic regions of West Flanders. This beer is aged on a half-pound of raspberries for every pint.
