An interpretation of a classic American Pilsner prior to the adoption of the 21st Amendment. Pilsner malt and rice yield a light and crisp profile. Galena hops offer slightly fruity/spicy notes. Light in color, not in flavor, it has a firm hop character but finishes crisp and clean.
