Jailhouse Brewing Company was started in 2008 by Melissa and Glenn Golden. Glenn grew up in small business and as a home brewer wanted to pursue the dream of owning his own brewery. Little did they know they would ultimately open a brewery in the former City of Hampton Jailhouse.
Since they sold the first keg in November of 2009 to a local pizza joint, they have been working to be a truly local brewery only selling beer in their home state of Georgia.
Jailhouse beer reflects the passion and desire we have for brewing well balanced beer that no matter the strength or style are easy to enjoy. - ANNUAL PRODUCTION
