MIAMI — Biscayne Bay Brewing began their beer distribution in 2014, selling in bars, restaurants and hotels throughout South Florida. During this time the brewery began to receive requests regarding where these tasty brews could be purchased. These requests then led the breweries owners to agree on beginning the bottling process of some of their most popular beers. The new bottling process is giving the brewery the chance to expand its product’s reach to other restaurants and hotels that do not have draft systems and to fans of Biscayne Bay Brewing all across South Florida. To make this process possible, the brewery uses a beer-bottling machine from Martin Robotics, a family owned and operated business that sells craft brewery equipment. The whole process takes place right inside the brewery!
“From the day we began brewing in September 2014 we have been looking forward to this moment, when we can share our delicious hand-crafted beers with the entire South Florida Community via bottles,” said Jose Mallea, President of Biscayne Bay Brewing Company.
The six-packs will be available at different Publix locations from Indian River County to Key West. Other locations in South Florida where the beer is also available for purchase is at select Total Wine & Spirits, Publix, Safeway, Whole Foods, Milam’s Market, and at the brewery located in Doral, Florida.
“This is a big milestone for us, but we continue to push forward and innovate the process as well as seek opportunities to expand our operation so we can offer our beers to the entire state of Florida and beyond.”
