Creature Comforts Employees’ Vote Against Union Upheld

ATHENS, Ga. – Nearly two years after a team of local activists recruited a small group of employees to form a union, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has certified Creature Comforts employees' October 2023 vote against unionization. In addition to upholding the employees’ wishes, the NLRB Regional Director also dismissed all five unfair labor practice charges filed against Creature Comforts by the Brewing Union of Georgia, confirming the fairness of the election.

Our team’s decision to uphold the company’s culture and support employees’ rights to advocate for themselves is a testament to their integrity and commitment.
