Punktoberfest Returns to Lakewood Brewing Co. with Triple Beer Release

Fall is just around the corner, and Lakewood Brewing Co. is ready to celebrate in style! Beer lovers and music fans alike are invited to Punktoberfest 2024 on Saturday, September 14th, for a day filled with music, beer, and family-friendly fun.

This year, Lakewood Brewing Co. is debuting a TRIPLE beer release featuring the fan-favorite Punkel and limited releases of Drunkel and Punktress. Punkel, first released in 2013, was one of the first local pumpkin-inspired beers, using only pumpkin pie spices with no pumpkin. As Lakewood’s longest-running and most popular seasonal, Punkel is a highlight of Punktoberfest each year. The festival gives guests a special chance to enjoy Punkel and other limited-edition brews at the event or take some home. In addition to these beers, there will be a few surprise brews throughout the day.

Live music will rock the Beer Garden stage from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. with three punk bands—The Bourcy Leos, Ben McKracken, and Joe Russel. Festival attendees are encouraged to arrive early to grab a cold beer and enjoy the lively, family-friendly atmosphere. Alongside the music, Punktoberfest will offer soft, warm pretzels and other treats all day long. Don’t miss out on a fantastic day of craft beers, great music, and delicious food!
