Quickly Gaining Popularity In Los Angeles, The New Lineup From The #1 Selling Beer Brand At Erewhon Includes A Crisp And Refreshing Lager, A Bright and Citrusy IPA And A First-To-Market USDA Organic Certified Non-Alcoholic Beer With Unmatched Taste And Quality.

Meet LA’s new favorite beer. Rancho West, the Malibu-born, premium organic beer brand dedicated to delivering an elevated clean beer experience, debuts its new, refreshing lineup just in time for summer - Premium Lager, West Coast IPA and Premium Non-Alcoholic. As Erewhon customers’ undisputed #1 beer of choice, Rancho West is quickly rising to become LA’s preferred beer brand - and for good reason. The brand aims to inspire a cultural shift towards beer that is better for the people and the planet, away from beer made with harmful chemicals, pesticides and damaging, wasteful farming practices. Consumers were looking for a premium beer experience from a trusted brand that has taken care of the planet every step of the way - enter Rancho West.

“We couldn’t be more excited to bring Rancho West Organic Premium Beer to the greater Los Angeles Market,” said Jason Thompson, cofounder of Rancho West. “The energy and excitement around having a new, USDA-Certified Organic beer choice when speaking to consumers, has been palpable. Our hope is to lead a movement toward clean beer that is better for you, better for our farmers, and our planet - and to have a damn good time doing it!”

Rancho West’s summer line-up consists of three clean, delicious flavors:

  • Premium Lager: A timeless beer brewed with the choicest organic floral Perle hops for a clean profile, and some crystal malts for a crisp, subtle-sweet finish. Like its European forefathers, Rancho West Premium Lager is light, crisp and delightfully refreshing. 4.5% alc/vol 16FL .oz & 12 .oz, 17 IBU’s.
  • West Coast IPA: A fresh take on the classic West Coast IPA bursting with notes of tropical citrus from a fresh blend of amarillo, cascade and citra hops, then generously dry-hopped with extra helpings of citra and amarillo for an exquisite citrus aroma that keeps on giving. 6.5% alc/vol 16FL .oz & 12 .oz, 65 IBU’s.
  • Premium Non-Alcoholic: The first USDA-certified organic non-alcoholic beer on the U.S. market that delivers a superior non-alcoholic beer experience unlike any other. Less than .5% alc/vol 16FL .oz & 12 .oz, 15 IBU 30 Calories

As consumers look for more ways to make better choices and reduce their environmental impact, Rancho West offers a delicious, conscious beer choice they can feel good about for themselves and the planet. Rancho West ingredients are 100% organic and farmed using regenerative agriculture - a sustainable farming method focusing on regenerating soil health while restoring ecosystems and eliminating synthetic chemicals and pesticides leading to healthier soils, waterways and communities.

“The response has been overwhelmingly positive,” said Donnie Eichar, cofounder of Rancho West. “Having had the opportunity over the past 12 months to share the story and mission behind Rancho West with customers across Los Angeles, we’ve found that most conversations end with, 'This is my beer now.' What that says to me is - people care about the ingredients in their products and the environmental impact their choices have - they’ve been waiting for a beer like Rancho West.”

Rancho West is brewed in one of only 40 USDA-certified organic breweries out of nearly 10,000 breweries across the United States. All Rancho West beer is tested annually to ensure adherence to the strict USDA standards and tested every six months to guarantee its beer remains glyphosate-free, the known carcinogen in the commonly used herbicide, Round-UP. The company’s cans are 100% recyclable and Rancho West also uses electric vehicles to distribute its beer.

Rancho West is available at leading retailers, hotels, and other venues in Los Angeles. Notably, the beer has been consistently the #1 selling brand across all Erewhon locations for the past year and aims to be the #1 beer in Los Angeles. In addition to Erewhon, Rancho West has quickly added new, premier retail partners including Bristol Farms, Lazy Acres, Total Wine, BevMo and more, as well as exciting venues including The Bungalow in Santa Monica, The Lodge Room in Highland Park and the Surfrider Hotel in Malibu. Rancho West is also available for delivery to Los Angeles consumers using Go-Puff and Instacart through Bev-Mo and Erewhon.
