COSTA MESA, California - Lazy Dog Beer Club, a quarterly membership created by beer lovers, for beer lovers by the team at Lazy Dog Restaurants, introduces its 22nd quarterly release. The kit named “America the Brewtiful” celebrates the quirkiness of kitschy roadside attractions.

The kit includes an eight-pack of four uniquely brewed beers from four breweries across the country. The beer names and label art take members on a coast-to-coast adventure celebrating the eccentricities that make America beautiful. A zine included with the kit provides an overview of each brewery and beer style, plus tasting notes, ingredients and suggested pairings for each beer.

"America the Brewtiful is about embracing the quirky charm of our nation's eccentricities, from coast to coast,” said Billy Grenham, chief marketing officer of Lazy Dog Restaurants. “This themed release not only offers a taste of Americana but also embodies the spirit of collaboration, bringing together breweries from different corners of the country to create something truly unique and exciting."

For this release, Lazy Dog Beer Club teamed up with Pedals & Pints Brewing Co. in Thousand Oaks, California; Bell’s Brewery in Kalamazoo, Michigan; Copperpoint Brewing Co. in Boynton Beach, Florida; and Red Swing Brewhouse in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

“Kaleidespokes” Cream Ale-Inspired Blonde // ABV: 4.3% // IBU: 14

This cream ale-inspired blonde features Lotus hops and has aromatics of big orange peel notes and tastes of citrus and vanilla hops. The beer can artwork is inspired by Ugo Rondinone’s Seven Magic Mountains in Las Vegas.

About the Brewer: Pedals & Pints Brewing Co. in Thousand Oaks was established in 2020 by Brad Cristea. The brewery specializes in handcrafted ales and lagers, and it also offers a kitchen that serves authentic pit BBQ, pizzas, salads and more.

“Motorhenge” West Coast IPA// ABV: 7.0% // IBU: 55

The West Coast IPA boasts a pale-yellow hue and is infused with aromatic notes of citrus, berry and tropical fruit. Drawing from the essence of Jim Reinders’ towering Carhenge monument in Nebraska, the can artwork pays tribute to quirky roadside Americana.

About the Brewer: Bell’s Brewery began in 1985 in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and has grown into one of the largest craft breweries in America. Bell’s ‘Inspired Brewing’ philosophy represents our collective responsibility to create meaningful change by resourcing responsibly as stewards of our environment, re-igniting and celebrating our distinct senses of creativity, and re-energizing the common belief we can come together to make good on the promise of a more prosperous future for all.

“Snapping Good Time” Passion Fruit Wheat// ABV: 5.5% // IBU: 8

This crisp effervescent passion fruit wheat has a mild tartness with tropical fruit and citrus. Reflecting the character of the entrance of Gatorland in Orlando, the can artwork immerses drinkers in the lively atmosphere of Florida's iconic wildlife sanctuaries.

About the Brewer: Copperpoint Brewing Company was founded in 2015 in Boynton Beach by husband-and-wife duo Laura and Matt Cox. Today, Copperpoint's brews are enjoyed by beer enthusiasts across Florida. Their brewery focuses on growing slowly and organically to provide the highest-quality product.

“Troll Trail” Ukrainian Golden Ale// ABV: 7.5% // IBU: 21

This Ukrainian golden ale has notes of honey and bright floral hop aromas and a crisp finish from grains of paradise. The can artwork draws inspiration from Thomas Dambo’s Isak Heartstone in Breckenridge, Colorado.

About the Brewer: Red Swing Brewhouse in Colorado Springs opened its doors in 2021 with a vision to create community through great beer. Founded by Claude Burns, the brewery takes its name from a red swing that was tied to the branch of a 50-year-old maple tree in his backyard.

“America the Brewtiful” was brewed in collaboration with Melvin Brewing. This release is only available to qualified Lazy Dog Beer Club members. Those interested in signing up for a Lazy Dog Beer Club membership can sign up online or at any Lazy Dog Restaurant in California, Nevada, Colorado, Florida, Virginia, Illinois or Texas.
