BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Upland Brewing Co. announces the return of their winter seasonal beer, Latitude Adjustment—a tropical pale ale with pineapple and coconut. This beer was bottled for the first time in 2016, having started as a Side Trail Series beer, formerly known as Beard of Paradise. Latitude Adjustment is available in six-packs and on draught.
“You know those times that you catch a whiff of something you haven’t smelled for a while and it takes you back to a distant memory? When temperatures have been below freezing for weeks and you can’t remember what the color green looks like, Latitude Adjustment concentrates the best flavors and aromas of summer to bring you back to your happy place,” says Innovation Lead Matt Wisley.
Upland will be taking a Stand Against Winter with tiki parties at their locations this November and giving fans the chance to win a Latitude Adjustment prize pack, including winter survival necessities.

Beer Description: The citrus tones in the Mosaic west coast hops deliver a bold tropical flavor with background contributions of pineapple and coconut. There is a slight sweetness from the crystal malt that is well-balanced with the acidity of the pineapple. Coconut is introduced in the brewhouse, as well as during aging, and pineapple is added toward the end of fermentation. The beer pours golden with a clean, crisp finish.
