Part of our CALambic series of quarterly sour releases, Ramble on Rose is our latest of California sours brewed in the Belgian tradition. Ramble is brewed with a Belgian golden base beer and aged in wine barrels for over a year. With additions of rose buds, rose hips, pink peppercorns and blueberries, Ramble on Rose pours pink and has a tart taste with a clean, crisp finish.
