Farlie Turner Advises Canarchy on the Acquisition of Deep Ellum Brewing

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Farlie Turner & Co. (“Farlie Turner”), a leading investment bank serving middle market companies, is pleased to announce that it served as advisor to CANarchy on its acquisition of Deep Ellum Brewing. In a transaction initiated by Farlie Turner that closed on June 8, CANarchy acquired Deep Ellum, one of Texas’ fastest-growing craft breweries, and the 4th largest independently-owned brewery in the state. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in the Deep Ellum neighborhood of Dallas, Deep Ellum Brewing produced more than 33,000 barrels of beer in 2016. The brewery, founded by John Reardon in November of 2011, is well known in its home state for its flagship Dallas Blonde Ale and Deep Ellum IPA, among its portfolio of award-winning beers.
