As a fledgling homebrewer, Pat Ringe’s favorite thing was to brew giant, spiced holiday ales that were almost always met with great appreciation. So Ho!Ho! became his baby. He nurtured the recipe, raised it and made others love it. There aren’t any spices in this one, just malt, yeast, hops and water. And trust us, this beer will love you back.
This beer kind of defies being stuffed conveniently into an recognized beer category: it’s big, dark, malty, hoppy and will seriously warm your cockles! Enjoy it while it’s around: October throughJanuary 1. You think waiting for next Christmas is tough. Waiting another year for Ho!Ho! is even worse.=

- IBUs: 40ÔÇ¿ABV: 8.5%
- MALTS: 2-row Pale, Vienna, Wheat, Weyermann CaraRed
