The Crispin Cider Company produces European-style, Natural Hard Apple Ciders, using fermented US West Coast fresh-pressed apple-juice in Original, Light and Brut varietals.
Recently, Crispin introduced two new ciders to the US Market. Crispin Browns Lane and the limited release Desert Noir are the newest introductions to the company that also manufactures the Fox Barrel line of pear ciders.
"We craft adventurous ciders, ciders that are breakthrough in terms of craft and concept," said Bruce Nissen, Crispin COO and Head Cider-Maker. "In Desert Noir we have combined swagger and sexiness, and it’s a cider that rocks."
Desert Noir check in at 6.7% ABV and Browns Lane at 5.8%.
Browns Lane, a Classic English Dry Cider that Crispin Imports, is dark straw in appearance, with a semi-brilliant richness, the slight berattanomyces aroma lends to an almost traditional farmhouse cider bouquet.
