Our most sought after bottle release will not disappoint. After 8-12 months barrel aging, the Wild Golden Ale base is briefly re-fermented with local strawberries from Sebastopol’s Lao Farms. Bottle conditioned for 4-5 months posessesing a champagne like effervescence coupled with a beautiful aroma of strawberry fields matched by a bracing tart sour profile with a lingering strawberry lemon aftertaste.
