Our nod to the German Berliner Weisse uses locally sourced Wheat, and is open top fermented for 2 months. The result is a effervescent marvel featuring a quick rising bubbly head that yields to a surprisingly full bodied, tart sweet ride that would make Mr. Toad himself jump for joy.
