Strawberry Fields

Originally brewed in collaboration with New Belgium Brewing, we liked it so much we got permission to reprise it! Kettle soured with our house Lacto strain and hopped with Belma hops for their Strawberry characterisitic. Once fermentation gets going to add generous amounts of strawberry, for a refreshingly tart brew!
