Overview: Originally founded in 1905, Falls City Brewing Co. re-opened in Louisville in 2010 with a passion for making great craft beer and a dedication to celebrating the rich brewing history of their home town. The folks at Falls City come from a variety of backgrounds, but they’ve joined together over similar beliefs and goals. They believe there is a beer for every occasion and a beer for every person. Most days, you can find them at their 7bbl brewery on 10th Street in downtown Louisville, crafting some of the finest beer in the bluegrass.
