Overview: Taking a fresh approach to brewing hand crafted beer in the centre of Hackney Brewing since August 2011, we aim to make approachable beers that that the locals, the growing number of craft beer drinkers around the country, and of course ourselves, will love to drink. Sticking to traditional brewing methods - using quality malts and introducing some fantastic British and New World hops - our brewing philosophy is based on brewing beer that makes the most of the ingredients available today.
