Brooklyn Kura

New York's first sake brewery! New York's first sake brewery. Our journey began with a chance meeting in Tokyo, countless batches of homebrew, and a quest to create an American Craft option in a complex and often misunderstood category. Brooklyn-based, our flagship products will launch under the brand Brooklyn Kura. Brooklyn Kura also operates under the brand Gotham Sake.
