- Bombardment Brewing Co. is a brewery in planning, owned by veterans, firefighters, and a mad scientist. Look for more to come. JOIN THE CREW. Drink on. Bombardment Brewing Company, LLC, is currently a brewery in planning in Central Florida. We are owned by veterans, firefighters, and one mad scientist (and our accountant). We look forward to serving our veterans, firefighters, and law enforcement communities as well as our nurses, EMTs, and paramedics. We come from service and wish to give back to those services and more through grassroot actions and, of course, by offering great beer.
