It’s always been more about the journey for us. Because sometimes how you get there means as much as where you end up. So rather than a traditional kettle-sour method, this fruited sour ale uses a special type of yeast that produces lactic acid in the fermenter, developing a lightly puckering character. A dose of a different type of fruit each time we brew adds contrast and balance to the trip. Get ready to blast off.
