Here is some information about the owners: Chris, Mike and Brian are the owners of Alvarium Beer Company and will leverage their experience and expertise to become the brewery of choice for the greater Hartford area and Connecticut, as a whole. Chris has operated as a brewmaster and assistant brewer at Cambridge House Brewpub (Granby, CT) and City Steam (Hartford, CT), and has apprenticed at 508 Gastropub and Brewery and Chelsea Brewing in NY. He will be responsible for brewery production and recipe formulation. His experience with commercial brewing equipment will eliminate any learning curves from day one of manufacturing. Mike has been a degreed mechanical engineer for ten plus years and brings a wealth of knowledge in operations experience to the company. His deep-rooted connection with New Britain and hands-on ability to solve mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and construction projects will keep the brewery in excellent, and efficient, running order. Brian is a detail oriented Eagle Scout who brings ten plus years of experience in sales and finance to the company. Coming from an experienced, multi-million dollar software company, he has leveraged negotiations and advanced his employer's company into emerging markets for expanded sales. Having obtained a degree from the University of Hartford, Barney School of Business, Brian will help Alvarium Beer Company with its business marketing strategy in the craft beer industry.
