People's Brewing Company: People's Pilsner

Official description from the brewery:
We have added some Caramalt to our Pilsner malt bill to give this beer some malt character. We’ve chosen Santium hops, which have a slightly spicy character, in a very simple hop schedule. The result is a clean finishing Pilsner beer, unique to the Lafayette area and our wonderful local water.
