Reduced whirlpool temperatures extract the best citra has to offer, while staggered Double Dry Hop additions at the lowermost temperature range impart unique characteristics Mosaic, Ella, and Simcoe combine to form a resinous complexity that persists as the glass warms. Late harvest Strata adds a layer of depth queuing passion fruit, a slight and underlying tone of cannabis.
