Noble Ale Works: Felt Otay

Official description from the brewery:
A hop-laden hazy pale ale consisting of a pilsner malt base and a heaping portion of oats brings light to this new-age pale ale. Reduced whirlpool temperatures extract the best citra has to offer, while staggered Double Dry Hop additions at the lowermost temperature range impart unique characteristics Mosaic, Ella, and Simcoe combine to form a resinous complexity that persists as the glass warms. Late harvest Strata adds a layer of depth queuing passion fruit, a slight and underlying tone of cannabis.
