Mad Hop Brews: Whale's Tail

Official description from the brewery:
The Crystal 40 adds a light caramel note, but not enough to overpower and the German speciality malts impart a pleasantly malty, toasty, and biscuity aroma and flavor. The California ale yeast lends a clean and crisp fermentation profile to allow the hops to come through. Magnum hops provide a balancing bitterness while Cascade and Centennial throw in some undeniably American citrus, grapefruit, and resiny characteristics.
