Ellicottville is home to two of the East’s premier ski resorts, which means we are also home to a colorful bunch of ‘ski bums’. These folks make the first tracks in the morning, catch the last chair of the evening, and still make last call. Our auburn hoppy winter ale is a cheers to them!
