Dry Dock Brewing Company released the 2016 batch of Double Vanilla Porter on Wednesday, September 28 at 2pm at North Dock. The beer will is available on draft and in limited 22-ounce bombers.

Dry Dock Brewing Company’s 2016 batch of the Signature Series Imperial Stout is now available on draft and in bombers. This beer was first brewed at Dry Dock in 2012, and was bottled for the first time in 2014 as part of the brewery’s Signature Series of small-batch, barrel-aged imperial and double beers.

Pumpkin beer season is upon us! This week Dry Dock Brewing Company will release Imperial Pumpkin Ale in 22-ounce bombers in each of its tasting rooms, where the beer will also be available on draft. This is the fourth year that this limited, seasonal offering from Dry Dock was packaged.

Beginning this week, Dry Dock’s seasonal Märzen lager is available in 12-ounce cans. Docktoberfest is Dry Dock’s first-ever seasonal can release.

Dry Dock Brewing Company will release Double Apricot Blonde on draft and in 22 ounce bombers today, Wednesday July 12, at North Dock at 2pm. This bourbon barrel-aged version of the brewery’s flagship Apricot Blonde is the first of the 2016 Signature Series, a collection of small-batch, barrel-aged imperial and double beers that concludes with Bligh’s Barleywine each year.

Dry Dock Brewing Company is excited to announce a brand new beer series that features our favorite offerings from South Dock’s barrel program, which currently includes more than 80 barrels. These barrels, mostly wine and some whiskey, are dedicated to sour, Brett, and mixed culture fermentations utilizing a multitude of organisms and inoculation methods. Many have added fruit, flowers, and whatever else inspires us.

Dry Dock’s beloved Double IPA gets a refreshing twist in the brewery’s new seasonal beer. It’s a tall order to brighten this beer— a gentle beast brewed with seven different American “C” hops— but we think the infusion of grapefruit is a perfect complement. Expect hoppy characteristics of citrus and pine intertwined with bright flavors of grapefruit juice and zest for a bold and refreshing experience.

2016 marks the city of Aurora’s 125th anniversary, for which Dry Dock Brewing Company brewed its newest beer, Aurora Ale. It’s an easy-drinking, approachable Blonde Ale brewed with beet sugar to commemorate our home’s heritage as a beet growing region. This beer was brewed with noble hops and fermented with Belgian yeast.

Blend one part Dry Dock Apricot Blonde Ale and one part Dry Dock Hop Abomination IPA and you’ve got yourself a Hopricot. This slightly sweet and subtly hopped concoction is so popular in our tasting rooms that we decided to send it home with you. This February, Dry Dock’s new canned 12-pack, Hopricot, will be available in liquor stores across Colorado. This new pack includes six Hop Abomination IPA cans and six Apricot Blonde cans.

Dry Dock Brewing Company is releasing the final 2015 Signature Series beer, Cascara Imperial Stout, on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Canoe Room at North Dock at 2pm. This whiskey barrel-aged Signature Series beer has added cascara, the dried fruit of coffee berries.
