Our juicy Tropical American IPA, is brewed with a combo of American 2-row & English Pale Ale malt. These malts create a platform for us to launch carpet bombing barrage of El Dorado, Mosaic & Simcoe at your tastebuds. We hop this beer only at whirlpool before dry-hopping twice for almost 3lbs./bbl of dry hops. Notes of papaya, mango, pineapple & peach coat your tongue, with just enough bitterness to tell you it’s an IPA.
