Oskar Blues, the Longmont, Colo.-based craft brewery — which got its start as a brewpub and currently operates a number of restaurant operations throughout the Centennial State — today announced it will expand its "craft casual" CHUBurger concept to nearby Coors Field, the home of Major League Baseball's Colorado Rockies.

CHUBurger, the grass-fed twist on the traditional 'fast casual' burger joint concept, is owned Oskar Blues founder Dale Katechis, who opened the first location in Longmont, Colo. earlier this year. The Coors field location will feature craft and bottle beer selections and locally sourced animal products from the Hops & Heifers farm, which is also owned by Katechis.

In this video, Oskar Blues marketing director, Chad Melis, shared additional details about the new partnership and new expansion opportunities with the CHUBurger brand.
