CANNON BEACH, Ore. (March 16, 2026) - Public Coast Brewing Co. is releasing a series of new seasonal beers and craft sodas as part of its year-long 10th anniversary celebration.
“We’re thrilled to bring back the fan-favorite StackStock Candy Cap Stout and introduce our new zero-proof Peach Cream Soda,” says Will Leroux, Public Coast's brewer. “This mix of beloved classics and fresh fruit flavors is the perfect way to say goodbye to winter and welcome spring.”
The StackStock Candy Cap Stout pays homage to the Pacific Northwest by using native candy cap mushrooms. This unique stout has an ABV of 8.0% and features notes of chocolate, coffee, maple, caramel, and pralines, creating a warm, nutty flavor perfect for sipping on a cool, windy day on the Oregon Coast. Along with candy cap mushrooms, ingredients include chocolate malt, oat flake, roasted barley, and more.
The new Peach Cream Soda is a non-alcoholic craft soda bursting with bright, juicy peach flavor—perfectly sweet without being overpowering or syrupy. Made with cane sugar, brown cane sugar, and peach fruit concentrate, it’s the ideal companion for a sunny day on the Oregon Coast. Please note that it also contains dairy.
The StackStock Candy Cap Stout and the Peach Cream Soda will be available for purchase at the brewpub in Cannon Beach on tap and in 16-oz cans/four-packs.

The brewery features a 10bbl brewhouse with two 30-barrel fermenters, two 20-barrel fermenters, and four 10-barrel fermenters. Public Coast Brewing also offers fresh and delicious fare from local farms and ranches, including their own - Public Coast Farm. Boasting a large pet-friendly patio, large community-style outdoor fire pit, and an open brewhouse easily viewed from the bar, Public Coast Brewing offers a relaxed and welcoming spot for the whole family.
About Public Coast Farm
Oregon’s historic Route 26, known to Portlanders as the Sunset Highway, has welcomed generations of families traveling to and from the coast on its forested byway. Now Public Coast Farm sits on that very route, straddling West Dairy Creek at the base of the Coastal Range, on a 40-acre site lush with blueberry bushes, beehives, fruit orchards, and hops. The farm is fertile ground for the farm’s sister properties - the Stephanie Inn and Public Coast Brewing Co. - each of which incorporates Public Coast Farm’s fresh ingredients into delicious dishes and seasonal beers.
