Casey Jones Distillery Joins B3 Beverage Company, Uniting Heritage Craft with a Manufacturing-Driven Platform Built for What's Next

JERSEY SHORE, Pa. (January 13, 2026) — B3 Beverage Company today announced that Casey Jones Distillery (Hopkinsville, KY) has joined the B3 family, an expansion into distilled spirits that strengthens B3's platform where craftsmanship, people, and smart manufacturing work together.

With Casey Jones joining the team, B3 Beverage Company now brings together a portfolio of independent, heritage-driven producers:

  • Bald Birds Brewing Co. (King of Prussia & Jersey Shore, PA) & Four Birds Distilling (PA)
  • Heavy Seas Beer (Baltimore, MD)
  • Yards Brewing Company (Philadelphia, PA)
  • Two Roads Brewing Company (Stratford, CT)
  • Casey Jones Distillery (Hopkinsville, KY)

Each brand has its own voice, its own leadership, and its own legacy, but what connects them is simple: the belief that great beverages come from care, intention, and respect for the process.

A Distillery Built on History, Pride, and Craft

Casey Jones Distillery brings a deep sense of history to the B3 family, not just in name, but in spirit. Named after one of America's most legendary folk heroes (Casey Jones), the distillery reflects the grit, independence, and pride that shaped early American distilling. From day one, Casey Jones has focused on doing things the right way, honoring tradition while producing spirits that exceed today's standards for consistency and quality.

That commitment has earned the distillery a reputation for award-winning spirits and a loyal following built on community, authenticity, and great liquid.

"We've poured our hearts into building Casey Jones, and we've always believed that how you make something matters just as much as what you make," said Peg Hays Co-Founder of Casey Jones Distillery. "Partnering with B3 gives us the support to grow and reach more people, while still staying true to who we are and how we do things."

Built to Support Brands and Built to Make

At its core, B3 Beverage Company runs on a simple idea: if you want to protect craft and independence, you need the operational strength behind it.

That's why B3 is built as a dual-engine platform supporting distinctive, brand-led producers while also investing deeply in co-manufacturing capability, infrastructure, and operational expertise across the network.

Instead of forcing every brand into one way of doing things, B3 is designed for flexibility and collaboration. When it makes sense, capacity can be optimized across facilities, production can shift to meet demand, and teams can share best practices while protecting what matters most: quality, consistency, and each brand's identity.

That balance is a strong manufacturing discipline paired with genuine respect for craftsmanship; this is what made Casey Jones a natural fit.

A Natural Fit Built on Shared Values

"Casey Jones has that rare mix of real history and really great liquid," said Joey Feerrar, CEO of B3 Beverage Company. "You feel it the moment you meet Peg and AJ. They care deeply about their history, their culture, and their team members. What they've built is special and we're proud to partner with them."

For Casey Jones, joining B3 creates the opportunity to expand production, strengthen distribution, and plan for long-term growth while keeping the founders closely connected to the distillery and the craft that defines it.

"Casey Jones has always been about honoring tradition and doing things the right way," added Arlon Casey (AJ) Jones, Co-Founder of Casey Jones Distillery. "When we met the B3 team, it felt like a natural fit. They understand manufacturing, they respect our history, and they're focused on helping us grow without losing what makes this distillery special."

"I am extremely excited to see the investment by B3 which will strengthen the distillery's impact on the community and secure Casey Jones' legacy in the industry," shared Cody Turner, Partner at Casey Jones Distillery.

Growing Together in a Changing Industry

The beverage world is changing fast. Rising costs, tighter margins, shifting consumer expectations, and increased complexity in production and distribution are pushing even great brands to rethink how they grow.

B3's model is built for this moment: shared manufacturing strength, brand-first leadership, and partnerships that help producers stay independent while gaining real operational advantage.

Looking Ahead

With Casey Jones Distillery joining the B3 Beverage Company family, the platform continues to blend heritage, craftsmanship, and modern manufacturing capability. It's a partnership built for growth and for longevity.

B3's mission remains clear: preserve independence, honor tradition, and power the next chapter of great beverage brands through manufacturing excellence.

About B3 Beverage Company

B3 Beverage Company is a growing beverage platform built on two strengths: supporting distinctive, heritage-driven brands and delivering co-manufacturing excellence across its network. B3 partners with independent producers across beer and spirits to help them scale responsibly while protecting quality, craft, and identity.

About Casey Jones Distillery

Casey Jones Distillery was founded in 2014 by Arlon Casey Jones (AJ), grandson of Casey, and his wife Peg Hays. In 2022, the distillery welcomed a new partner, Cody Turner, to the team. Together, they operate the Hopkinsville, KY based company with a focus on tradition and authenticity in the distillation of small-batch craft spirits. Building on an infamous family history of still building, bootlegging, and Kentucky whiskey, Casey Jones Distillery produces some of the finest, award-winning bourbon and moonshine in the commonwealth.
