Bringing Everyone to the Table: Rupee Beer Launches First-of its Kind Indian Non-Alcoholic Brew in North American Market — Perfectly Brewed to Pair with Indian, Spicy & Global Cuisine.

  • New York, NY — This Diwali season, Rupee Beer, the award-winning Indian-inspired beer brand crafted to pair perfectly with Indian, spicy, and global cuisine, is bringing inclusivity to the dinner table like never before.
  • In a bold and exciting move, Rupee Beer is proud to launch its first-ever Non-Alcoholic (NA) beer – a first-of-its-kind offering in the North American market designed for everyone at the table. This launch marks a significant step in Rupee’s commitment to innovation while staying true to its founder-led mission of reimagining how beer can be paired with bold global flavors such as Indian, Thai, and Middle Eastern cuisines.

With the non-alcoholic beer market on track to become the second-largest beer category globally by volume this year (source: CNBC), Rupee enters this fast-growing space to meet the rising demand from younger, more diverse, and health-conscious consumers.

“As we scale and widen our reach within the beverage category, it was important to include a non-alcoholic option to build out our range of Indian-inspired products,” say co-founders and brothers Van & Sumit Sharma. “This is something we personally wanted to drink with our friends and something our consumer audience has been asking for.”

The timing couldn’t be more symbolic. Rupee NA’s launch coincides with Diwali, India’s largest cultural celebration – now officially recognized as a public holiday in states like California & New York. Known as the Festival of Lights, Diwali celebrates the triumph of light over darkness. Rupee’s new light, easy-to-drink NA brew is perfectly positioned to become a centerpiece of celebration tables nationwide.

Over the years, Rupee Beer has earned recognition from Forbes, Bloomberg, The Washington Post, BuzzFeed, Food & Wine, Eater, and more – while rapidly expanding its U.S. distribution network. The new Rupee Non-Alcoholic brew will be available through select distributors nationwide ahead of Diwali, and also direct-to-consumer across 45 U.S. states via the company’s website.
