Cascadia Team Expands Leadership and Creative Capabilities with Two Key Hires

[Ramsey, NJ] – September 10, 2025 – Cascadia Team today announced the addition of two new team members, strengthening its commercial leadership and creative content development as the company continues to drive growth in the food and beverage space.

Josh Sipper joins as a senior sales leader, bringing more than a decade of experience building brands across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. He most recently served as Director of Sales Mid-Atlantic at Tru, following his role as Vice President of Sales East at UPTIME Energy, where he led distribution expansion and retail execution strategy. Josh also spent nearly 10 years with Deep River Snacks as Northeast Regional Manager, where he helped establish the brand’s strong regional presence. His proven expertise in distributor partnerships, retail growth, and scaling premium brands will be instrumental in Cascadia’s go-to-market execution.

On the creative side, Yeraldin Reyes joins the team from Creativa Audiovisual and Mi Mentor Pro, where she focused on video production, editing, and digital design. Based in Medellín, Colombia, Yeraldin has built a strong track record of producing visually compelling storytelling across social platforms and marketing channels. Her expertise in content creation, social media, and brand design will help Cascadia amplify its messaging and connect with audiences in new and engaging ways.
