Prost Brewing Co. Unveils Plans for 6,800 Sq.Ft. Biergarten, Its Fifth in Colorado

Prost Brewing Co., a leader in crafting world-class German biers, announces its plans to open its fifth biergarten in Wheat Ridge, Colo in early 2026. Increases in demand drives Prost to continue to expand its network of beloved German inspired biergartens. 

Set to open in early 2026, the 6,800 sq. ft. biergarten will be part of the much-anticipated Clear Creek Crossing development. Sitting next to Coors’ pond with mountain views in the distance, the space is designed to be more than just a place to grab a bier, it’s meant to be a welcoming, community-focused spot that reflects Prost’s Colorado roots.

Prost’s Wheat Ridge biergarten will feature a dynamic guest experience with an open-concept space that includes a fully enclosed patio, dining room, and private events spaces. It will feature a state-of-the-art 1bbl R&D brewhouse where guests can watch small-batch innovation happening in real time. The bar’s 40 taps will feature Prost’s full lineup of world-class biers, guest ciders, seltzers, hand-crafted cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. 

Known for not only crafting the highest quality German biers, Prost’s biergarten will feature its signature German-inspired menu and full-service kitchen and unparalleled customer service. Partnerships with local businesses like sausage purveyor, Charcutnuvo, and fifth generation, XLVII’s Bakery, reaffirms Prost’s dedication to strengthening Colorado’s incredible network of local establishments.

Off I-70 and right along the Clear Creek bike path, Prost’s new Wheat Ridge biergarten is easy to get to for both locals and out-of-town visitors. It backs up to a public park with an amphitheater, fire pits, yard games, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy a bier.

This expansion is part of Prost’s steady, intentional growth across Colorado.
