Annual Event Brings Together Craft Breweries to Honor the Versatile Saison Style
Brooklyn, NY – Threes Brewing is proud to announce its participation in Allagash Brewing Company's annual Saison Day celebration, taking place Saturday, April 19th, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Threes Brewing in Gowanus. This special event highlights one of brewing's most beloved and versatile styles with an impressive lineup of saisons from Threes, Allagash, and several guest breweries.
"Saison Day has become one of our most anticipated events of the year," says Zach Smith, VP of Hospitality at Threes Brewing. "As spring arrives, there's no better time to gather our community around this bright, refreshing style. Our Gowanus space comes alive with conversations between brewers and patrons who share a passion for craft beer."
Saison, a farmhouse ale style known for its crisp character and beautiful fruit notes, allows for creative interpretation while maintaining a distinctive profile. The style showcases the heart of what makes brewing an art form, with each brewery bringing its unique perspective to this traditional beer.
The event will feature an extensive tap list including:
- Eight distinctive Threes Brewing saisons, including popular favorites Table Beer, Endless Plane, and Wandering Bine, alongside special releases like "Synapses Bloom" – a collaboration with Allagash aged in wine barrels with pink peppercorns and rose petals, offering floral notes with fruity, peppery spice character and a malic acid tartness
- Six Allagash offerings, including their flagship White, Foudre-Aged Saison, and specialty releases Avance and Hive 56.
- Guest taps and bottles from renowned breweries including Oxbow Brewing Company, Fox Farm Brewery, Forest & Main Brewery, Wild East Brewing Company and Hill Farmstead Brewery.
Threes' culinary partner Grand Army South will provide special food pairings designed to complement the complex flavors of these farmhouse ales.

The celebration continues throughout Threes Brewing, with additional Allagash offerings available in The Shop, and a curated selection of bottled specialties from Allagash, including Interlude, Coolship Cerise, and Coolship Pomme.
