Beachwood Distilling in Long Beach: Beachwood Brewing, renowned for its award-winning craft beer, has taken innovation to the next level with its spirits program, launched on August 14, 2024, in the Bixby Knolls neighborhood of Long Beach. With a vision to create a grain-to-glass bar, Beachwood’s 150-gallon, four-plate copper column still produces gin, vodka, and rum with exceptional clarity and flavor. Crafted on-site, these spirits are featured in housemade cocktails, incorporating housemade ingredients such as syrups, bitters, and cordials.
