American World Cup alpine ski racer Paula Moltzan is competing in Vermont’s Stifel Killington Cup Nov. 30 and Lawson’s Finest Liquids is cheering her on with the release of Paula’s World IPA (6.2% ABV)! Paula’s World IPA will be available for an extremely limited time at Killington Resort and in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans at select retail locations along the Killington Access Road, like Mountain Merchant, Killington Deli and Marketplace, and Killington Market. Paula’s World will also be available during a special post-race Pints With Paula event at The Rivershed in Killington and on draft at Lawson’s Finest’s destination taproom in Waitsfield.

As the Stifel Killington Cup descends on Vermont in celebration of alpine ski racing Nov. 29 - Dec. 1, Paula Moltzan will be competing and sponsored by Lawson’s Finest as a Sunshine Team athlete. The alpine ski powerhouse skied collegiately at University of Vermont, where she developed a deep connection to the Mad River Valley, home to Lawson’s Finest Liquids. A slalom and giant slalom specialist, Paula was the first American woman to win slalom gold at Junior World Championships in 2015, and has since become a two-time NCAA First Team All-American and a podium winner on the World Cup stage.

The collaboration between athlete Paula Moltzan and the proud Vermonters at Lawson’s Finest Liquids is a celebration of Vermont’s vibrant ski culture and après ski beer tradition. Featuring Paula mid-ski on the label, Paula’s World IPA is characterized by bold citrus flavor, piney hops and a clean finish.

“Paula Moltzan is a powerful presence in U.S. skiing and shares similar core values, we’re so proud to partner with her. This winning IPA was created to capture her bright, competitive spirit, love of Vermont and zest for the sport,” said Adeline Druart, Lawson’s Finest Liquids CEO.

MEET PAULA: Don’t miss Pints With Paula at The Rivershed in Killington on Saturday, Nov. 30 from 4:30 to 6:30. Paula will be there after her race from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. to meet fans and share a pint. During the Stifel Killington Cup, cheer on the world’s fastest female ski racers with Paula’s World IPA or Sip of Sunshine IPA (8% ABV) available on-mountain at Killington Resort. Sip of Sunshine is another perfect-for-après brew, packed with juicy tropical fruit character, bright floral aromas and delectable layers of hop flavor.

Find Paula’s World IPA in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans for a limited time in Killington during World Cup weekend and on draft at Lawson’s Finest’s destination Taproom in Waitsfield. Lawson’s Finest is Cold Stored. Cold Shipped. Cold Shelved.™ to keep every beer brewery-fresh.
